Terms of Service for All In One Roofing
Last updated: September 3, 2026
Welcome to All In One Roofing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any roofing services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By using our website or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services We Provide
We offer residential and commercial roofing services, which may include:
- Roof inspections and assessments
- Roof repairs and maintenance
- Roof replacements and new roof installations
- Emergency roofing services (where available)
The exact scope of work for any project will be described in a written estimate, quote, or contract that you approve.
2. Estimates, Quotes & Contracts
Any estimate or quote we provide is based on the information available at the time and may change if conditions differ from what was reasonably expected.
A project is confirmed only after you approve our written estimate/contract and, where required, pay any deposit.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
3. Scheduling & Access
We will provide an estimated start date and timeline for your project. Weather, material availability, and other factors may affect scheduling.
You agree to provide us with safe and reasonable access to the property, including driveways, walkways, and roof areas, during normal working hours.
You are responsible for securing pets, moving vehicles, and protecting any fragile items near the work area.
4. Materials & Workmanship
We use materials that meet or exceed local building code requirements, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Specific brands, colors, or products will be listed in your estimate or contract. If a product becomes unavailable, we may suggest a comparable alternative for your approval.
All work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
5. Payments & Invoices
Payment terms (including deposit amounts, progress payments, and final payment) will be stated in your estimate or contract.
Invoices are due as specified. Late payments may be subject to late fees or interest as allowed by law.
We reserve the right to pause or stop work if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.
6. Changes & Additional Work
If you request changes after work has begun, or if we discover hidden conditions (such as rotten decking, structural damage, or code issues), we will provide a change order or updated estimate.
Additional work will not be performed without your approval, except where immediate action is needed to protect your property from damage.
7. Warranties
Any warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions.
We may offer a workmanship warranty on our labor, which will be described in your contract or warranty document.
Warranties may be voided if:
- The roof is altered by another contractor without our approval.
- The roof is not properly maintained.
- Damage results from misuse, neglect, or events outside our control (see Section 9).
8. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and any known issues.
- Obtain any necessary approvals from your HOA, landlord, or other third parties.
- Keep children, pets, and unauthorized persons away from the work area.
- Notify us promptly of any concerns during or after the project.
9. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or structural issues that were not reasonably visible before work began.
We are not liable for damage caused by events outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, vandalism, or acts of third parties.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit your rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Use of Our Website
When you use our website, you agree that you will not:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
- Copy, modify, or distribute any content from our site without our permission.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate our services or your access to the website if:
- You violate these Terms or any project contract.
- You fail to make required payments.
- We determine that continuing work would be unsafe or impractical.
You may also cancel services as allowed under your specific contract and applicable law.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any disputes related to our services or website will be governed by the laws of the state where the project property is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it, the dispute may be handled in small claims court or another court of competent jurisdiction, as allowed by law.
