He holds a master’s degree in business from Florida International University, giving him a strong foundation in organizational leadership, business strategy, and operational management. William is committed to supporting his team, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring the company consistently delivers dependable service and lasting value.
George
George brings more than nine years of experience in both sales and construction, with a background spanning plumbing, construction, and roofing services. From 2020 to 2025, he worked as an Estimator with Rooter Rooter and Rooter360, overseeing estimates, customer communication, and the sales process. Since 2025, he has worked as an Estimator in the roofing industry, gaining valuable experience in roofing sales. George’s key strengths include organization, communication, and problem-solving, allowing him to deliver effective solutions.
Michael
Michael serves as Vice President of All In One Roofing Systems, bringing an engineer’s analytical mindset and structured approach to business operations. His engineering background strengthens his ability to evaluate complex challenges, improve processes, coordinate projects, and develop practical, efficient solutions. In his leadership role, Michael supports strategic planning, operational performance, and company-wide decision-making. His attention to detail, systems-focused thinking, and commitment to continuous improvement help ensure the company operates efficiently.
Alden
Alden brings five years of construction and roofing experience and is a licensed general contractor. He also has five years of experience as an insurance inspector and adjuster. Additionally, Alden has 15 years of hospitality and customer service experience, holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, and has managed Marriott and Ritz-Carlton properties. At All In One Roofing Systems, he focuses on customer relations, new client acquisition, and overseeing daily operations.
Rey
Rey brings a dependable, hands-on approach to All In One Roofing Systems, supporting project coordination, customer communication, and day-to-day operations. With a strong focus on organization, responsiveness, and quality service, he works closely with clients and the team to help every project move smoothly from consultation through completion.
